Celtic goalkeeper Scott Bain has usurped Craig Gordon as number one.

Celtic goalkeeper Scott Bain appears to have achieved his aim of becoming number one goalkeeper at the club.
Bain has earned manager Brendan Rodgers’ trust after his performances in the run to win the Scottish League Cup, going on to establish himself as a regular.
He featured for Celtic in their Europa League matches earlier this month, and starred in the 4-1 win over Motherwell yesterday.
This has meant a stretch on the sidelines for veteran Craig Gordon.
Gordon has won four league titles with Celtic since he joined the club in 2014 as a free agent.
Celtic rescued his career after two years out of the game with injuries.
But now he has to think seriously about moving on.

Is he happy with his lot, at 36, to continue as a back up goalkeeper and reflect on what he has achieved.
Or does he want to take on a new challenge and play regularly while he can?
Gordon’s career is winding down, that’s for sure.
He need to decide whether his final seasons are spent on the pitch away from Celtic or on the bench with the champions.
