Rodgers has been linked with a move to Leicester from Celtic.

Scott Bain has been quoted by BBC Sport as saying that he is desperate to see Brendan Rodgers remain in the managerial hotseat at Celtic – rather than moving to Leicester City.
The Guardian claim former Liverpool and Swansea City manager Rodgers is a top target for Leicester after the Premier League club sacked French boss Claude Puel over the weekend.
Rodgers has excelled during his time at Celtic, winning the treble in two seasons and remaining on course to make it a triple treble this season after winning the League Cup and top of the Scottish Premiership.
Goalkeeper Bain, who has overtaken Craig Gordon into the number one spot since the turn of the year, has urged Rodgers to remain at Parkhead with his contract set to expire in the summer of 2021.
“He’s got a contract here, there’s nothing much that we can do, we’d love him to stay,” Bain said.
“I think it’s important to all the squad he fills us with confidence and he fills with the belief of how good we can be and the style of football that we play is so attractive and enjoyable to play in and he’s very important for the club.”

Rodgers has guided Celtic to nine wins in 11 games in 2019, with two losses coming in the defeat to Spanish side Valencia. The Hoops are eight points clear of Rangers at the top of the table.
Bain has been crucial to that run of form, playing in all 11 games and keeping eight clean sheets. He has conceded just four goals in those matches, which has seen Gordon forced to make do with a place on the bench.
