The Liverpool defender struggled on international duty last night.

Liverpool’s Andy Robertson is being slaughtered on Twitter.
Robertson captained Scotland in their Euro 2020 qualifier against Russia at Hampden Park on Friday night, but it ended in a 2-1 defeat for Steve Clarke’s side.
Worse yet, the Liverpool left-back was partially culpable in one of the visitors’ goals when he directly passed to Artem Dzyuba for their first-half equaliser.
The 25-year-old is a candidate to make FIFA’s Team of the Year after helping the Reds to a sixth Champions League title last season.
But he looked a different player last night and here’s how Scottish fans reacted to his display:
Robertson is a sensational defender and one error against Russia hardly cancels out the stunning performances that he’s been posting for Liverpool over the past two years.
Jurgen Klopp, one of the world’s finest coaches, thinks the world of him and that in itself is a huge endorsement of his quality.
In fact, Jose Mourinho is also a big fan and called the former Hull defender ‘absolutely incredible’ after a win over Manchester United last season [The Irish Times].
