Some Liverpool fans on social media have been reacting after the UEFA Champions League draw pit them against Atletico Madrid.
As you can imagine, Reds supporters weren’t best pleased about being drawn against the Spanish champions, and they were particularly worried about facing one player.
Indeed, Atletico Madrid boast a squad full of talent, but the one man Liverpool fans are most worried about is Luis Suarez.
You can understand why Reds supporters are worried about Suarez, after all, he’s one of the greatest strikers of all time, and the Anfield faithful ought to know that better than anyone else.
Suarez was of course a hero of the Kop for a number of years, and Liverpool fans have seen first-hand just how deadly he can be.
Liverpool fans may be able to take solace in the fact that his goalscoring record in the Champions League isn’t that great, but if he’s on his game, he’s able to turn any defender inside out.
