Clement has left Swansea City after less than a year, but would he be a good fit for Sheffield Wednesday?

Sheffield Wednesday fans are reacting on Twitter to Paul Clement’s Swansea City sacking – with contrasting results.
Many Owls fans have reached the end of their patience with current boss Carlos Carvalhal, whose side are 15th in the Championship without a win in six, and the idea of replacing him with Clement – or anyone – is one that naturally appeals to some.

A former number two at Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, the 45-year-old is highly-regarded on the coaching scene.
However, his managerial career has not proved quite so fruitful, with Derby County pieing him off six months into his first solo role and Swansea doing likewise less than a year into his second, after they slipped to 20th in the Premier League.
It must be said that Derby were fifth at the time, while it was Clement who kept Swansea up last season, only to have his two most influential players prised away at the end of the summer transfer window.
But would he be a good fit for Sheffield Wednesday? Here’s what Owls fans are saying…
