Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool are both said to be chasing PSV’s Santiago Arias.

Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool target Santiago Arias’ has suggested in the Daily Star that he is keen on a move from PSV Eindhoven this summer.
Spanish newspaper AS claim that both Spurs are Liverpool want the right-back.
And Arias’ comments have certainly left the door open to a Premier League move this summer.

“In the summer I hope there is clarity as soon as possible. My agent knows I want to go to Germany, England or Spain and is working on that,” Arias said, back in April.
“But it is important that there is a sufficient prospect of playing time. If there is nothing, I’ll stay here. I’ve already played over a hundred appearances for PSV. That’s not crazy, right?”
Liverpool are thought to be keen to upgrade their back line, after their defensive struggles this season.

Jurgen Klopp’s side have looked vulnerable in defence, with many of their current options failing to impress.
Tottenham, meanwhile, could need a new right-back, as Kyle Walker’s future is up in the air.
Walker could leave the North London club this season, which would make Kieran Trippier the only senior option to play at right-back in their current squad.
Arias made 34 appearances for PSV this past season, scoring twice and claiming six assists.
