The Sheffield Wednesday striker has not played a first team game since February.

The Sheffield Wednesday striker, Sam Winnall, has revealed his challenge to get back fit after 10 months has been the hardest of his life.
Winnall last appeared at senior level in February, while on loan to Derby County.
And although the 27-year-old played and scored on his return to action with Wednesday’s Under-23s in October, he picked up a separate injury later that month.
He was initially expected to miss between four and six weeks from the start of November, but when asked about Winnall’s situation recently, the Sheffield Wednesday manager, Jos Luhukay, called for fans to remain patient.
And in his first post for the best part of two months, Winnall wrote on Instagram earlier:
Three senior players, Keiren Westwood, Joost van Aken and George Boyd, started for Sheffield Wednesday’s U23s against Crewe Alexandra on Monday afternoon.
Westwood’s was undoubtedly the most notable inclusion, with the goalkeeper having failed to appear in Owls colours since pre-season.
