Everton defender Seamus Coleman returned from 10 months out and put in a brilliant performance in midweek.

Coleman spent 10 months out after breaking his leg last season, but he returned as if he had never been away.
Coleman was in wonderful form for Everton in midweek, as they beat Leicester City 2-1.
And Allardyce has now suggested that although he will protect the Republic of Ireland international, he wants him to become a permanent starter for the Toffees again.

“He’s a great example for the younger players at Everton,” Allardyce said.
“If you can sprint 80 yards in the 92nd minute and run past players who are playing every week, that shows his strength. He’s also mentally strong.
“We just have to make sure we can keep him fit and in the team every week. We’ve got to have an assessment on where we lie on playing him again. He’s going to say he’s fine but we’re going to take everything into consideration.”
Coleman’s return to fitness is great news for Everton, as he can be such a crucial player for them.

The right-back is regarded as one of the best in the Premier League, and Everton have missed him in his absence.
The Toffees have been forced to play Jonjoe Kenny at right-back for much of the campaign so far, and although the youngster is a talent, he is not quite of the same quality as Coleman right now.
Everton’s next match comes against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium at the weekend.
