West Ham United have lost both of their Premier League games this season.

Former West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce has told beIN Sports that he has real concerns about Mark Noble and Jack Wilshere in the heart of the Hammers midfield.
West Ham came into the new season with optimism after a summer of spending in the transfer market, with the likes of Lukasz Fabianski, Issa Diop, Andriy Yarmolenko and Felipe Anderson all brought in.
With a proven, experienced manager at the helm in Manuel Pellegrini too, West Ham appeared to be well set up for a strong season – but their first two games have not gone according to plan.
West Ham were thrashed 4-0 away at Liverpool on the opening weekend of the season, and followed that up with a 2-1 home defeat to Bournemouth on Saturday afternoon.
Marko Arnautovic had put West Ham in front, but second half goals from Callum Wilson and Steve Cook turned the game on its head and left Pellegrini looking for his first point as Hammers boss.
Fans are understandably concerned after a number of false dawns in recent years, and Pellegrini will be desperate for a strong result away at Arsenal on Saturday afternoon.
West Ham supporters have concerns about specific players, particularly midfielder Mark Noble, who is struggling to offer much outside of desire and love for the club.

Now, ex-West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce has told beIN Sports that he has major concerns about both Noble and new signing Jack Wilshere because he doesn’t think they have the legs to play in midfield together in the Premier League – and thinks Pellegrini will be concerned about the pressure on him after so much spending this summer.
“It’s a great concern for David and David, and obviously the new manager will be really worried, because now they’ve gone out and spent, but they haven’t introduced all the new players yet,” said Allardyce.
“Still Mark Noble and Wilshere would be a bit of a concern, but not the talent – just the legs,” he added.
