Arsenal defender William Saliba has sent a message to Odsonne Edouard on Instagram after the Crystal Palace striker scored twice against Nuno’s Tottenham Hotspur today.
Edouard, who joined Palace from Celtic in the summer transfer window, found the back of the net twice in the second half against Tottenham at Selhurst Park in London.
The 23-year-old Frenchman came on as a substitute late in the game.
The former Celtic star made it 2-0 to Palace in the 84th minute and then wrapped up the scoring with his second in the second minute of injury time.
Palace won the London derby 3-0.

Arsenal-owned defender Saliba, on loan at Marseille at the moment, has responded to his French compatriot Edouard’s post on Instagram, as you can see below.
Saliba’s message, when translated from French, reads: “In firecracker”.
Saliba was clearly impressed by Edouard, and we can safely say that Palace fans will have been too.
The striker took his two goals extremely well.
When you consider that Edouard did not even start the match, the striker’s heroics become even more impressive.
Palace fans will hope to see more of such goals from the striker, who will be keen on making himself a regular in the starting lineup.
