According to L’Equipe, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Southampton target Axel Disasi is undergoing a medical at Monaco ahead of move to the Principality club.
The Stade de Reims defender has been heavily linked with a summer transfer.
The Daily Mail in April claimed how Southampton, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur were among a list of Premier League clubs keen on his signature.

Wolves were then the latest club to join the race, with L’Equipe claiming the west Midlands club launched a bid for the defender last month.
But it now appears the Premier League clubs are set to miss out.
L’Equipe say Monaco have beaten Wolves and the Saints to his signature. Disasi is undergoing a medical, having agreed a five-year deal on a £12 million deal.
Disasi featured 27 times for Reims before the season came to a halt, averaging 1.2 tackles and 3.6 effective clearances per game (Whoscored).
The 22-year-old would have represented a long-term addition.
Southampton seemingly considered a move for Disasi but opted to instead go for Mohammed Salisu who they signed for a £10.9 million fee this week (Sky Sports).
Wolves, on the other hand, may hold off on transfers until they complete their Europa League campaign with a Champions League spot still up for grabs.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side face Olympiakos today for a place in the last eight.
