Arsenal and Tottenham both want to sign William Saliba.

Arsenal and Tottenham are battling to sign Saint Etienne defender William Saliba, BBC Sport report.
Saliba, 18, is wanted by both North London clubs as they look to strengthen at centre-back. He is reported to be valued at £27 million.
Saint-Etienne president Roland Romeyer has hinted developments are expected.
Speaking to But Football Club, Saliba said: “The transfer window in England ends on August 8 so yes there will probably be something that will happen.
“William Saliba is contacted by many clubs. We hope that the club and William are happy with what will happen in these days to come.”

The Sun had previously reported that Saint Etienne are pushing for a loan back as part of any agreement to sell the teenager.
If either Arsenal or Tottenham were willing to cede to these demands it could swing the race for Saliba.
Tottenham have a stronger centre-back core, especially if Toby Alderweireld stays, and could better afford to loan Saliba straight out.
The Express report Spurs would want Saliba to go straight into the team if Alderweireld’s release clause is activated. The £25 million clause expires on July 26.
