The German struggled to have an impact at Leeds United.
Fleetwood Town manager Uwe Rosler
Uwe Rosler has certainly done well to repair his reputation since his sacking by Leeds United. He has been earning rave reviews for his work with Fleetwood Town in League One.
He took up the role with the Cod Army in July 2016 and in his first season has guided Fleetwood Town to a promotion hunt, with the club sitting just two points behind Scunthorpe United in second place in the league
His excellent form at Fleetwood certainly suggests he did not get a fair crack at Elland Road.
Rosler managed just 12 games at Leeds, winning two of them, before being sacked by Massimo Cellino and replaced by Steve Evans.
But reports today have suggested he could find himself back in West Yorkshire at some point – with Huddersfield Town.
The Sun are reporting that Rosler is the first option for Huddersfield, should they lose their much-coveted manager David Wagner.
Former Leeds manager Uwe Rosler celebrates
He has already been linked to big moves back in his German homeland, bit appears happy where he is at the John Smith’s Stadium.
Leeds United will certainly not want to see Rosler coming in and starring across the county.
