Graham Roberts has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Tottenham Hotspur’s announcement regarding Ryan Mason.
What’s the story?
Mason was placed in charge of the Tottenham first team towards the end of last season.
Jose Mourinho was sacked as the Spurs first-team boss just days before the Carabao Cup final against Manchester City.
Mason was placed in charge of the senior side until the end of last season.
Tottenham have now appointed Nuno as their new manager.
The Portuguese left Wolverhampton Wanderers at the end of last season.
Spurs have announced on their official Twitter page that Mason, 30, has returned to his role of Head of Player Development at the Academy.
Former Tottenham star Roberts is delighted to see Mason go back to his role at the North London club and has sent him the following message on Twitter:

Tottenham endured a disappointing campaign in 2020-21.
Spurs were playing in the Champions League final in 2019, but next season, the North London club will not even be in the Europa League.
It was tough for the fans in 2020-21, and they will hope that the team fare better next season.
Nuno is a very good manager who guided Wolves from the Championship to the Premier League and then took them to the Europa League.
Tottenham fans should be optimistic about Nuno and the season ahead.
