It is three weeks since Hull City midfielder Ryan Mason suffered a sickening head injury in a Premier League clash with Chelsea.

During a clash of heads with Gary Cahill, Mason suffered a fractured skull and is out of action for the rest of the season.

Mason has received huge support since the injury, especially from former club Tottenham Hotspur, where he spent the majority of his career before being sold this past summer.

On the mend, Mason last night sent a message via Twitter thanking the club for their well wishes.

Tottenham’s final game of the season is against Hull City and while it remains a long shot that Mason will be involved in any capacity, there is a strong chance he could at least be in attendance, to personally thank and see his former teammates once again.
