
Ryan Mason has given his reaction on Twitter to Tanguy Ndombele’s goal for Tottenham Hotspur against Sheffield United today.
Tottenham got the better of United 3-1 away from home in the Premier League this afternoon.
Ndombele scored the third goal for the North London club in the 62nd minute when he flicked the ball over United goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale from the left corner of the six-yard area and with his back to goal.
It was a world-class goal and could end up being the best in the Premier League this season.
Former Tottenham midfielder Mason was following the match, and the Englishman – who now works as a youth coach at the North London club, was let stunned by the goal from Ndombele.
Title challenge
The win against United today means that Tottenham’s challenge for the Premier League title remains very much alive.
Jose Mourinho’s side were very good against the Blades and were the better team, and they deservedly picked up all three points from the encounter.
As for United, Chris Wilder’s side remain in deep trouble of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.
