Glasgow Rangers winger Ryan Kent says that Liverpool defender and former Celtic prospect Andrew Robertson advised him to move to Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club.

Rangers have signed Kent on a season-long loan deal from Liverpool in the summer transfer window.
The 21-year-old has moved to the Gers with a strong reputation and will be aiming to play a major role for the Scottish Premiership club this season.
The former England Under-20 international has stated that Robertson advised him to move to Rangers.
The 24-year-old Scotland international left-back was at Celtic as a youth team player, but he was released by the Hoops as a teenager.
Kent told The Scottish Sun: “I’d a quick word with Andrew Robertson about the move as well as a few of the senior players. They all advised me to come.”

Quality signing
Kent is a very talented and promising young winger, and Rangers fans should be excited about the Englishman.
Rangers manager Steven Gerrard knows all about the 21-year-old, who could be a very important player for the Gers.
One should not be surprised if Kent establishes himself in the Rangers first team in the coming weeks.
