Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers signed Ryan Kent on loan from Liverpool in the summer transfer window.
Rangers winger Ryan Kent
Kent joined Rangers from Premier League club Liverpool in the summer transfer window.
The 21-year-old wingers’s loan deal at the Gers runs out at the end of the season, and the Liverpool-owned youngster, who is very popular among the Ibrox faithful, has suggested that he would like to extend his stay at Steven Gerrard’s side.
Kent told The Scottish Sun regarding signing a permanent contract with Rangers: “It’s something I’d consider. The fans are great here.
“Rangers are an amazing club, but that’s a conversation they need to have with Liverpool, not me.”

Positive
Kent has been one of the best players for Rangers so far this season, and the performance of the Liverpool-owned winger against Rapid Vienna in the Europa League on Thursday evening was superb.
It would be hard for the 21-year-old to break into the Liverpool first team next season, and it would make sense for the former England Under-20 international to extend his stay at Rangers.
According to Transfermarkt.com, Kent has scored one goal in six Scottish Premiership appearances for Rangers so far this season.
