Glasgow Rangers are reportedly interested in bringing Ben Woodburn to Ibrox next season.

Ryan Kent has been rewarded for his outstanding season with Rangers by being nominated for both the PFA Scotland Player and Young Player of the Year awards.
It is little surprise that Kent has been nominated. He has been a revelation since joining up with Steven Gerrard’s side, and his spell at Ibrox looks set to go down as a pivotal season in his career.
Before heading to Rangers, he looked destined to be one of those players that never realised their full potential at Liverpool after a handful of disappointing loan spells. But he will now return to Merseyside in a much better position than when he left.
And in light of his nominations for both awards, Rangers may well feel that their hopes of signing one of his Liverpool teammates must have been boosted.

The Scottish Sun reported last month that the Gers are keen on landing Ben Woodburn next season with Kent supposedly set to return to his parent club. However, Gerrard’s men face a lot of competition.
West Brom are one of four Championship sides reportedly also keen on signing the Wales international. The report notes that Rangers wanted to sign Woodburn last summer before he headed to Sheffield United, so Gerrard may be wary of getting his hopes up regarding signing the 19-year-old.
But with Kent’s season potentially culminating with two individual awards, Liverpool should see Ibrox as the ideal place for Woodburn to take his own career to the next level next season.
