Graeme Murty’s Glasgow Rangers lost 2-0 to Hamilton Academical at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership at the weekend.

The Gers went down 2-0 to Hamilton at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership last Saturday afternoon.
David Templeton and Darren Lyon scored the goals for the visiting team, who ended the game with 10 men due to the sending-off of Alex Gogic in the first minute of injury time.
It was Hamilton’s first league win at Ibrox since 1926 and prevented Rangers from winning three Scottish Premiership games in a row.

Rangers defensive midfielder Jack, who joined the Gers in the summer transfer window, has revealed what Murty told the team after the defeat at the weekend.
The 25-year-old former Aberdeen star has also defended fellow summer signing Alfredo Morelos.
The 21-year-old striker, who joined from HJK in the summer transfer window, failed to score yet again at the weekend.

“Graeme was just saying that nothing he said was going to make us feel better,” Jack told Rangers’ official website what asked what Murty said after the defeat. “We are absolutely devastated that we have lost a game at home here in front of our fans, and we need to stick together, stay round each other, get in training on Monday and get a bit of a bounce about us.”
“We created chances, and sometimes that happens and Alfredo didn’t put the ball in the net,” added Jack. “I don’t think it’s just down to him – it’s down to the whole team and to make sure even when it’s not going our way, we can stay tight at the back and give ourselves every chance.”
