Aston Villa reportedly want Chelsea youngster Ethan Ampadu on loan.

According to The Guardian, Aston Villa are interested in signing Ethan Ampadu on loan from Chelsea in the summer transfer window, and Wales national team manager Ryan Giggs’s comments on the youngster last year suggest that they will be recruiting a gem.
The Guardian reported at the weekend that Villa want to sign Ampadu on a season-long loan deal from Chelsea this summer if the Blues make him available for a temporary exit.
The Wales international, who can operate as a central defender or a defensive midfielder, is a hugely talented player, and the 18-year-old could do with playing regular first-team football in the Premier League.
Villa would be a good club for Ampadu to develop and grow at, with Dean Smith’s side aiming to make an instant impact upon their return to the Premier League next season.

Wales manager Giggs is a big fan of Ampadu, and back in September 2018, the Manchester United legend raved about the youngster and made a very encouraging prediction about him.
The London Evening Standard quoted Giggs as saying about Ampadu on September 6, 2018: “Ethan is a talented player. Even more so than that, as a person, he’s so balanced and mature for such a young player. He’ll be a magnificent player.”
