Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser has told The Mirror that he thinks Liverpool will win the Premier League title this season.

After recent draws at home to Leicester City and away at West Ham United, Liverpool had to show a response on Saturday afternoon against Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth.

Liverpool were dominant for large parts of the game and went ahead when Sadio Mane turned home James Milner’s cross, before Andrew Robertson then set up Georginio Wijnaldum for a superb lob to double the lead.

Roberto Firmino’s brilliant backheel set up Mohamed Salah to make it 3-0, and that’s how it finished despite Liverpool creating a host of other chances before the final whistle.

With Manchester City thrashing Chelsea 6-0 on Sunday afternoon, Liverpool’s return to the top of the Premier League table was a brief one, but at least they got back to winning ways.

Many believe that the title race will ultimately come down to Liverpool or Manchester City despite Spurs hovering around too, and Bournemouth winger Fraser has given his opinion after facing Liverpool on Saturday.

Fraser praised Liverpool’s style of play, and thinks ‘they’ll do it’ this season, predicting a title win for the Reds whilst downplaying any idea of the Reds being under pressure right now.

“They’re going to be there, aren’t they? I’ve got nothing to do with it, but I would like to see them win the league,“ said Fraser. “I like watching good football. If Man City win it, Man City win it.”I just like watching good football, and I like the way Liverpool play.”

“They’ve been waiting for it for a long time, and with the players they’ve got, they’ll do it, I think. People say they’re under pressure. They’re not, are they? Everyone gets beaten, and they’re still at the top of the league. I just think it was a little blip,” he added.
