Celtic have loaned out Ryan Christie to Aberdeen for the rest of the season.
Celtic loanee Ryan Christie has admitted to the Daily Record that he wants to lift the Scottish Cup with Aberdeen.
Celtic are gunning for the treble this season, and already have the League Cup in their trophy cabinet.
The Bhoys are also well on their way to winning the league title, with Brendan Rodgers’ side experiencing great success in domestic action.
However, Christie is hoping to stop his parent club from winning silverware, as he is eager to lift the Scottish Cup himself.
“I’m guessing the manager at Celtic wouldn’t want that but I want to lift the Cup,” the youngster said.
“Obviously I won’t be able to play against Celtic if it comes to that.
“The Cup win with Inverness has sunk in more now than it did at the time.
“It was an incredible achievement and the way we did it was a credit to Inverness.”
Christie joined Aberdeen during the January transfer window, after struggling for game time at Celtic this season.
The 21-year-old has already played twice for the Dons since signing up, and he scored in his most recent outing against Partick.
Aberdeen take on Ross County in the fifth round of the Scottish Cup, while Celtic take on Inverness.
