Liverpool picked up another exciting win in the Premier League today, defeating Crystal Palace 4-2 at Selhurst Park. Liverpool put in a poor defensive performance in the game but luckily had the attacking firepower to see themselves through to a win.

Goals from Emre Can, Dejan Lovren, Joel Matip and Roberto Firmino proved enough for Liverpool to claim the win – with James McArthur scoring both of Palace’s goals.

Firmino put the icing on the cake with a well taken chip over Steve Mandanda in the Palace goal to make it 4-2.

But one former Liverpool attacker had a criticism of Firmino – although it is more an amusing criticism.

Ryan Babel spent four years at Liverpool, often frustrating Liverpool fans with his inconsistent displays.

The Dutchman, who is now at La Liga side Deportivo La Coruna, had this to say about Firmino’s celebration on Twitter:

The Brazilian did pick up a silly yellow card for his celebrations but he was clearly just relieved to have ensured that Liverpool were taking the three points from the game.

Liverpool though will just hope his celebrations don’t end up costing him a suspension at any point.
