Leeds are close to wrapping up a deal for Mateusz Bogusz,
Leeds United are close to sealing a deal for talented teenager Mateusz Bogusz.
Bogusz’s club Ruch Chorzow announced via social media an official offer has been submitted by the Whites.
The message reads: “The purchase offer of Mateusz Bogusz submitted by Leeds United F.C. We are waiting for the draft transfer agreement.”
We reported earlier how speculation in Poland has increased over the past 12 hours that an agreement has been struck for Bogusz to sign with Leeds.
As of yesterday he was named in Chorzow’s 28-man squad for their upcoming training camp, via Gol24 Poland.
Bogusz, 17, is regarded as one of Poland’s brightest prospects and is an under-19 international.
He is expected to start training with the Leeds first team straight away.
