Klopp says he needs to be a patient and positive person to get the best out of his Liverpool squad who are flying.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has spoken of the need to be a patient and positive person to get the best of his Reds side in an interview with the club’s website.
The Merseysiders are flying high in fourth in the Premier League on the back of four straight wins and have emerged as serious contenders for a Champions League spot.
And some Liverpool stars’ form has also traveled over to the international break, with Jordan Henderson giving a man of the match performance in England’s win over Malta where Daniel Sturridge opened the scoring, while Philippe Coutinho was on target in Brazil’s 5-0 win over Bolivia on Thursday.

Even though some concerns still linger over the state of Liverpool’s defence, seven wins from nine and 26 goals shows the top-heavy firepower and confidence Klopp has his side playing with, who says it is down to forgetting about pressure and players being able to express themselves in an encouraging environment.
“I can stay positive even when nobody is positive anymore,” he said as he was taking part in crown green bowls for an LFC TV feature.
“You need to create an atmosphere in the team where they listen to me and not listen to all around.
“They are very young lads. We all dream about the experienced players in the past but at one point in their career they were young players without the same quality.
“We need to give them the chance to develop and get there. We always judge so early. But I’m very patient. I know we need time but it doesn’t mean that we cannot do it now.”
With impressive victories against Arsenal and Chelsea away from home this season, Liverpool may be achieving their potential much quicker than Klopp anticipated, and he has been able to enjoy his first full season at Anfield by making the most of the summer transfer window.

Sadio Mane has been the standout signing forming a lethal partnership with Coutinho and Roberto Firmino up top, while fringe players such as Christian Benteke, Jordon Ibe and Joe Allen were allowed to leave.
Facing a fight to finish in the top four in what looks to be one of the most competitive seasons in Premier League history, Klopp believes his squad is perfectly balanced with the right personnel to mount a serious challenge.
“I’m completely fine with my squad, I really like it,” he said. “[We have] good characters with a really good attitude – and all the rest you have to develop.
“I saw a lot of things last season where I thought ‘OK, come on, let’s try.’ And you cannot do more than try.”
