The forward is reportedly in contract negotiations with Arsenal.
Speaking to ITV Sport, Roy Keane has told Arsenal they must prove they can win trophies to keep Alexis Sanchez at the club.
The Chilean has been in sensational form this season, leading the club’s goalscoring charts from his new central striker role.
He has been in talks over a new deal for a number of months, with his current contract set to expire in 18 months time.
So far no agreement has been reached, with suggestions that Sanchez is asking for a wage packet that the Gunners simply cannot afford.

As a result, speculation about his future has been rife, with a number of top European clubs thought to be tracking the situation.
Arsenal will naturally be keen to avoid losing their star man and Keane has told them they must prove to him they can win trophies to ensure he stays.
“It surely won’t be just about money for these players,” he told ITV Sport.
“I think there will be a couple of things they are looking at, whether the club can win trophies in the next few years, Arsene Wenger’s contract is up, money no doubt. Forget China.”
Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez
Arsenal will certainly be praying they can find a solution to their current contract issues with Sanchez.
He has been in superb form this season, to say the least, and looks to have finally answered the striker problem that has plagued the Gunners for a number of years.
Losing him would be a major blow and finding a way to avoid that could be the best thing Arsene Wenger has done in a number of years.
