Liverpool won against Newcastle United on Saturday.

Roy Evans and Micky Quinn have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to Liverpool’s win against Newcastle United.
Liverpool maintained their strong start to the season with a 3-1 comeback win against Newcastle at Anfield in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Although the Magpies took an early lead and played well in the first half, the gulf in class showed, and the Reds deservedly picked up all three points from the encounter.
Former Newcastle centre-forward Quinn is pleased to see the club he supports, Liverpool, win, and so is ex-Reds manager Evans, especially as Manchester City lost.
Pep Guardiola’s side, who have won the Premier League title for the past two seasons, went down 3-2 to Norwich City away from home at Carrow Road in the Championship on Saturday evening.
The result means that Jurgen Klopp’s side, who finished just a point behind City in second place in the league table last season, are now five points clear of the Citizens at the top of the standings.
