Leeds United beat Rotherham United 3-0 at Elland Road yesterday.

Rotherham United attacking midfielder Isaiah Brown has expressed his shock about the atmosphere that Leeds United fans created at Elland Road yesterday on social media website Twitter.

Brown is currently on loan at Rotherham from Chelsea, and he is experiencing regular first-team football for the first time in his burgeoning career.

The 18-year-old has mainly played at development level for both West Bromwich Albion and Chelsea throughout his career to date, but he appears to be a key part of Rotherham’s starting line-up.

The England youth international is still adapting to playing senior football, and Brown admits that he has never heard such a raucous atmosphere as the one Leeds fans created yesterday.

Leeds ran out 3-0 winners over Rotherham in the Yorkshire derby, after putting in a fine second half performance.

Garry Monk’s side scored their goals through a brace from Chris Wood and a header from Kyle Bartley to seal the three points.

In the end, in turned out to be a comfortable triumph for the Whites, but Leeds supporters were still impressed by Brown’s showing for Rotherham.
