Ross Barkley has threatened to release footage of his Aston Villa teammate Ezri Konsa after a tweet from WhoScored yesterday.
The statistics-based website tweeted that Konsa – who cost the Villans £12 million – is yet to be dribbled past in the Premier League this season.
WhoScored state that the Villa No.4 is the only defender in Europe’s top five leagues to achieve the feat, in what is a very impressive accomplishment.
However, Barkley isn’t having any of it.
The on-loan Chelsea maestro said ‘don’t make me show footage’ in response to WhoScored’s tweet.
This seems to suggest that the England international has plenty of evidence to disprove WhoScored’s claim regarding Konsa’s achievement this term.

Regardless of whether he’s been dribbled past or not this season, the former Brentford defender is having an excellent campaign under Dean Smith.
Konsa has made 12 Premier League starts this season, scoring two goals as Villa boast an incredible defensive record.
As the Premier League’s official website shows, the Midlands-based outfit have registered the most clean sheets in the division this season with eight shut-outs.

Furthermore, Smith’s side have also conceded the third-fewest goals with just 16 concessions in 15 Premier League games.
Impressively, only Manchester City and Tottenham have conceded fewer.
Konsa has played a big part in Villa being this solid at the back.
