Everton attacking midfielder Ross Barkley has told The Times that Paul Pogba will prove to be a success for Manchester United.
Pogba joined Premier League giants United from Italian powerhouse Juventus in the summer transfer window.
As announced on the Red Devils’ official website, the 23-year-old signed a five-year contract with the Red Devils, with the option to extend for a further year.
According to BBC Sport, United had to pay Juventus a transfer fee of £89 million in order to secure the services of Pogba.

Barkley, who is 22 years of age, believes that the France international midfielder will prove to be a good signing for the Red Devils.
“He’s not going to score the goals that Messi and Ronaldo score — Messi’s from another planet — but Pogba gets fans on the edge of their seats,” Barkley told The Times.
“He breaks play up, very skilful, a big powerful lad. He’s going to be a good player in the Premier League.”

Pogba has played well for United so far this season, creating three chances in two Premier League appearances.
The 23-year-old is one of the best midfielders in the world and will be a key figure in the Red Devils’ quest to win the league title during the 2016-17 campaign.
Barkley has scored one goal and created seven chances in three Premier League matches for Everton so far this season.
