The Everton midfielder has been linked with a move away from the club.

Everton midfielder Ross Barkley has returned to full training as he continues his recovery from a serious hamstring problem.
Barkley hasn’t featured for the Everton first-team at all this season but is closing in on a return to action, as reported by the club’s official website.
There remains much uncertainty regarding Barkley’s future at Everton given that his contract expires at the end of the season and he has been linked with a move away, with Chelsea interested in signing him, as reported by the London Evening Standard.

Barkley featured for Everton in a behind closed doors game this week and the 24-year-old will hope to be back in first-team action soon.
It seems that Barkley has a difficult decision to make over his future as he will certainly have to play regularly in the second half of the season in order to convince England manager Gareth Southgate that he should be included in the squad for next summer’s World Cup in Russia.

Last season Barkley struggled to produce consistent performances but when at his best he is capable of weaving his way past opponents with ease and plays slick passes with regularity.
