Some Celtic fans flooded the Rugby Park pitch after Scott Brown’s late winner.

Speaking to The Scottish Sun, Kilmarnock star Rory McKenzie has defended Celtic fans following Sunday’s scenes at Rugby Park.
Scott Brown volleyed home a last-minute winner for Celtic to seal a 1-0 victory.
Brown lept over an advertising board to celebrate with the travelling Hoops fans, many of whom later ventured on to the field.
It was an unsavoury end to a thrilling game overall, but McKenzie insists there was no ‘badness’ intended from the visiting supporters, noting that a lot of them were children who just wanted pictures.
He told The Scottish Sun: “Obviously conceding a goal that late wasn’t nice and then to have Celtic fans on in your face wasn’t nice as well.
“The few that come in, there was no malice in it at all, most of them that I saw were young kids. To be fair they had their phones out. I think they were just trying to get pictures, there was no badness.”
You could forgive Celtic fans for getting a little bit over excited.
Last-minute winners are a big deal in any game, but especially from a club hero like Brown, and definitely when those last-minute winners lead to their side going eight points clear of Rangers in the Scottish Premiership title race.
