Leeds United are set to welcome back Ronaldo Vieira in the near future.

Thomas Christiansen has told BBC Radio Leeds that Ronaldo Vieira will return to training this week.
Vieira missed out on playing in Leeds’ last match against Nottingham Forest, and the youngster was missed.
The Whites could only pick up a 0-0 draw yesterday, and their performance in the contest was short of their best.

There were some fears that Vieira could be set for a lengthy absence, after he missed out on playing against Forest.
But Christiansen insists that the 19-year-old will be back in the first-team fold in time to face Newport County in the FA Cup next weekend.
He said: “I believe next week he will train with the team.”

Whether Vieira will be risked for Leeds against Newport remains to be seen, as Christiansen has suggested that the FA Cup is not as big a priority as the league to Leeds.
Vieira actually struggled to break into the Whites’ team in the early part of the campaign, but he has made himself a key player now.
If Vieira is rested for Leeds’ FA Cup match on Sunday, he will surely come back into Christiansen’s side for their league match against Ipswich in a fortnight’s time.
