The West Ham United winger would be a superb addition for Everton.
Everton manager Ronald Koeman
Ronald Koeman told a press conference on Friday he’s targeting more players who can score goals at Everton this summer.
And as luck would have it, one such player could be on his way out of a Premier League rival.
The Times reported earlier in the day that West Ham’s top scorer Michail Antonio is keen to leave the London Stadium after snubbing the Hammers’ £70,000-a-week deal.
The 27-year-old has excelled since making the leap to top flight football from Nottingham Forest at the start of last season, scoring or creating an impressive 26 goals in 55 outings at that level.

And it’s a stat that’s becomes even more impressive when you consider a lot of his football has been played at right-back, where Everton, coincidentally, may also be looking to add after losing Seamus Coleman to injury.
Antonio is reportedly being chased by Chelsea, although West Ham’s assumed reluctance to sell to their London rivals, not to mention Everton’s ability to offer regular first-team football, would surely increase the Toffees’ chances, were the Hammers to part with the recent England call-up.

Though a Londoner himself, Antonio’s wife is originally from Manchester, which could also work in Everton’s favour.
If the Toffees are to pursue a West Ham attacker this summer, it should be Antonio not Enner Valencia.
