Everton are currently in ninth place in the Premier League table.
Ronald Koeman has told the Daily Express that he holds meetings with his Everton squad every week, to discuss how to help them get back to winning ways.
Everton have been in awful form of late, and they have been victorious just once in their last 10 outings.
The Toffees have slipped down to ninth in the Premier League table, and Koeman admits that he is yet to find the right balance at Goodison Park.
“Balance, that is what we need to fix, but that is not done by one day,” he said.
“What helps if I talk about January or I talk about the summer? What helps with the problem right now? That is trying to get the balance of the 11 that starts.
“That is what I need to fix. If I don’t fix it? Then you can criticise. No problem.
“Of course you need to work behind doors about the future of the club but the problem is now. We need to win now.
“Every week there are several meetings about this. This type of meeting is normal much more when you are in a difficult situation.
“It’s all about commitment of players, bringing your quality to the team and that’s why we spoke together about how we can do it together to get a better run of results.”
Everton are expected to add to their squad in January, but the pressure is already building on Koeman.
The Dutch boss has faced a lot of criticism for some of the comments he has made to the media, and his handling of Ross Barkley has also sparked debate.
Barkley has been left out of Everton’s last two matches, and the Toffees have failed to win either of them.
Everton are next in action later this evening against high flying Arsenal, in what looks set to be another tough test for Koeman’s men.
