Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Everton manager Ronald Koeman has insisted that the club are not interested in a move for Manchester City’s Joe Hart.
The goalkeeper is expected to leave the Etihad before the end of the transfer window after failing to impress new manager Pep Guardiola.
The Spaniard has dropped him for his first two Premier League games, as well as the first leg against Steaua Bucharest in the Champions League.

With a move for Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo also edging closer, Hart looks set to find himself down the pecking order, meaning an exit is likely.
Everton have been named as a potential destination but Koeman has insisted that they are not interested.
He said, via the club’s Facebook account: “Everyone will see at the end of the window what the final Everton squad is. There is no interest [in Joe Hart].”

While Koeman insists that a move for Hart will not happen, it could actually be a smart move for the Blues to make.
They have needed a new long-term number one for a number of years and Hart would represent a significant improvement upon current first choice Maarten Stekelenburg.
However, Koeman appears to be happy with his compatriot, although that could change should Hart be made available in a deal that suited them.
