Everton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin made his debut against Manchester City at the weekend.
Ronald Koeman says that he has been very impressed by Morgan Schneiderlin’s first few training sessions at Everton.
Schneiderlin has joined Everton from Manchester United, but he was held back from starting in Koeman’s side’s last match.
The French midfielder only came on as a late substitute against Manchester City, in a game which Everton won 4-0.
Schneiderlin is expected to break into the Toffees’ line up soon though, with Koeman confirming that the former Southampton man will have a big part to play.
Schneiderlin found first-team chances hard to come by at Old Trafford, meaning he may be lacking match sharpness.
However, Schneiderlin made a good impression on debut for Everton yesterday, when the Toffees picked up a hugely impressive win over City.

Everton scored their goals against Pep Guardiola’s side through Romelu Lukaku, Kevin Mirallas, Tom Davies and Ademola Lookman.
The Merseyside outfit are next in action against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday.
