Everton manager Ronald Koeman has taken to Twitter to share his pleasure at starting pre-season at the club.
Koeman took charge of the Blues last month after they tempted him away from former club Southampton.
He has had to wait until the start of this month to get to work though as he and his players enjoyed a well earned rest following a busy Premier League campaign.

Monday saw the Toffees officially start their pre-season schedule, with the Dutchman bringing his squad in three days early to help get accustomed to his methods.
He officially took charge of his first training session on Tuesday, and took to Twitter afterwards to share his pleasure at doing so.
While Koeman has started his work on the pitch, he will know that it is likely to be a busy summer off it also.
The Blues are expected to be big spenders in this summer transfer window as Koeman has reportedly been given a big transfer budget by majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri.
They have already secured Maarten Stekelenburg from Fulham, but he is unlikely to be the only new face at Goodison Park next season.
