Everton have been linked with a move for the out of favour Manchester United winger.
Speaking to Fox Sports Netherlands programme De Tafel van Kees, Everton manager Ronald Koeman has admitted his interest in Memphis Depay.
The winger is out of favour at Manchester United, having managed just 20 minutes of Premier League football this season.
He has struggled for his best form at Old Trafford ever since joining from PSV Eindhoven in a big-money move in 2015.

Reports this week hinted that Everton manager Koeman was keen to bring him to Goodison Park in the January transfer window.
And now the Dutch boss has admitted he would be keen on signing the winger given the chance.
“I would like to have him. I think he is an interesting player. He has great individual qualities. He just needs to play games,” he told De Tafel van Kees.

It will be interesting to see if Depay does end up joining Everton in the January transfer window.
The interest is clearly there and his prospects at Manchester United do not appear to be improving, especially under Jose Mourinho.
Whether the Portuguese boss is willing to sanction a departure is unknown, though it seems unlikely given the Toffees look set to be top six rivals with United this year.
Indeed, Koeman may end up having to wait until next summer before he can make a serious move for the winger.
