Romelu Lukaku has told Sky Sports that Tottenham Hotspur head coach Antonio Conte will not find it easy against Chelsea.
Lukaku has said that he thinks that Conte could do with Tottenham what he did with Chelsea.
However, the former Manchester United striker has said that Conte will be aware of the quality of the Chelsea squad.
Conte won the Premier League title with Chelsea in his very first season.
The Italian tactician also led Inter Milan to the Serie A title last season.
Lukaku worked with Conte at Inter.
Romelu Lukaku on Antonio Conte
The Chelsea striker told Sky Sports: “I speak regularly with Conte, not just about football but life in general. It hurt me when he left Inter, it was one of the toughest moments for me but I didn’t leave because of him. I knew that we could still win things at Inter with Inzaghi.
“I think Conte at Spurs could do what he did at Inter in Serie A. But he also knows that our Chelsea team is really strong. I see him as an opponent in the league, I never won against him so that’s an extra motivation for me.
“He was a massive influence on my career, he helped me so much on a mental level, he taught me how to be a professional and how to make sacrifices on and off the pitch to be ready for any challenge.”

Repeating Chelsea heroics at Tottenham Hotspur
In our opinion, it is not going to be easy for Conte to win the Premier League title with Tottenham.
Chelsea were – and still are – a very strong team, and the Italian manager had world-class players at his disposal at Stamford Bridge.
Tottenham have never won the title in the Premier League era.
And, at this moment in time, Spurs do not have the squad that Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool do.
It could take Conte a few years to take Tottenham to that level, unless, of course, chairman Daniel Levy decides to spend millions on new players.
