Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Fikayo Tomori is likely to leave Chelsea on loan in January after the centre-back was linked to Newcastle and West Ham.
The transfer guru made the revelation when speaking on his Here We Go Podcast, and it will be interesting to see where the England international ends up.
The Telegraph revealed at the start of December that Newcastle were keen on signing the ex-Derby loanee next month, but Steve Bruce would face competition from a top European club.
Elsewhere, it was talkSPORT who announced that a loan deal between West Ham and Chelsea was all tied up back in the summer, although Tomori himself didn’t fancy the move.
Now, however, the very reliable Romano has tipped the promising defender to leave Stamford Bridge next month.

For those of you wondering what type of player the Chelsea academy graduate is, former Hammers midfielder Joe Cole gave a good comparison.
Speaking on BT Sport (via Goal), the ex-England international said: ‘He reminds me a lot of a young Gallas.’

Whoever gets Tomori will be landing a very prodigious defender who will surely help them out in the second half of the campaign.
The only negative to any potential loan deal for David Moyes or Bruce is that, in our view, it seems unlikely they’ll be able to keep the promising centre-back.
