The West Bromwich Albion midfielder could leave the club this month.
Roma are reportedly interested in signing Grzegorz Krychowiak this month, indicating that the midfielder’s loan spell at West Bromwich Albion could be cut short.
Krychowiak joined West Brom on loan from Paris Saint-Germain last summer but has produced several underwhelming performances for the struggling Premier League side and his temporary deal could be cut short.
As reported by Corriere Dello Sport, Roma are monitoring the situation and are hopeful of securing a deal for Krychowiak.
One advantage that Roma possess is that Monchi, their sporting director, has a good relationship with Krychowiak having signed him for Sevilla from Reims in 2014.
With West Brom battling to avoid relegation from the Premier League and given that he has been unable to command a regular place in the starting lineup in recent weeks, it would perhaps be best if Krychowiak was to leave The Hawthorns this month.
Securing a switch to Roma, perhaps initially on loan, could be a step in the right direction in terms of enabling him to get his career back on track, and if a deal was done early then it would give West Brom sufficient time to bring in a replacement.
