Roma travel to Anfield to take on Liverpool in the Champions League tonight.

Roma boss Eusebio Di Francesco addressed the media yesterday, ahead of his side’s Champions League clash with Liverpool at Anfield tonight, and stated that Cengiz Ünder has just a 50 per cent chance of playing, as quoted by Italian media outlet Calcio Mercato.
The 20-year-old has been a revelation for the Rome side this season, after joining them from Istanbul Bucaspor in the summer of 2017, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £11.7 million.
He has racked up seven goals and two assists in 28 appearances in all competitions, although nearly half of those have come from the substitutes bench.

Ünder has been a real threat for the Serie A side this season, and can operate anywhere along the front-line, although he is most effective when deployed in the wide right role.
If he does not play at Anfield, it will surely be seen as a huge boost for Liverpool, and Di Francesco hinted that he only has a 50% chance of making Roma’s starting XI tonight, as quoted by Calcio Mercato:

“Under is at 50% currently, Schick is a possibility. This team knows two different styles of play, I only have to decide which is the best. I’m not telling you what I have decided. Managing the two phases will be decisive.”
The game kicks off tonight and can be seen exclusively live on BT Sport.
