Rodrigo de Paul has labelled Tottenham midfielder, Giovani Lo Celso, as ‘the magician’ on his Instagram story.

With domestic football season at an end, de Paul shared a picture with the £27 million Tottenham man (BBC Sport).

During the second half of the recently-concluded season, Lo Celso was out on-loan at La Liga side, Villarreal.

Whilst Antonio Conte guided the club to Champions League football by pipping Arsenal to fourth.

Lo Celso, alongside a few other ex-Spurs players, such as Juan Foyth, enjoyed a stellar run in the Champions League.

Unai Emery’s side reached the semi-finals of the Champions League, only to be beaten by Liverpool, who mounted a comeback in the second leg.

WILL LO CELSO LEAVE TOTTENHAM?

Conte has made his feelings towards Lo Celso pretty clear by allowing the player to leave in January.

Unless the Argentina international’s performances in La Liga have convinced Conte to keep him on board for next season.

But, it doesn’t seem like it because, with Spurs wanting to sign Villarreal left-back, Pervis Estupinan, they could use Lo Celso in the deal to get a move.

Either way, it wouldn’t be a surprise if he is one of the players, who was initially signed up when Mauricio Pochettino was still at the club, is sold this summer.
