Everton lost against Manchester United at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Sunday.

Back in July, former Queens Park Rangers and Manchester City forward Rodney Marsh predicted on social networking site Twitter that Everton would not finish in the top half of the Premier League this season without Romelu Lukaku.
Lukaku was still on the books of Everton at the time, but a few days after Marsh’s tweet, the Belgium international striker moved to Premier League rivals Manchester United.

Lukaku has been a massive hit for United so far this season and has been a key figure in their stunning start to the 2017-18 campaign.
As for Everton, Ronald Koeman’s side are struggling to score goals, and their recent performances and results have been hugely disappointing.
The Toffees lost 4-0 against United at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Sunday evening.
Lukaku was among the goalscorers for the Red Devils, with the defeat seeing Everton dropping down to 18th in the Premier League table.

Former QPR and City forward Marsh was following the match, and he has taken to Twitter to remind the Everton fans of his prediction back in July.
Meanwhile, former Tottenham Hotspur and Everton striker Gary Lineker has commented on Twitter on Lukaku’s decision to celebrate his goal against the Toffees.
