West Ham United’s disappointing run of form in the Premier League continued at the weekend.

The Hammers went down 3-2 to Bournemouth away from home at the Vitality Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Slaven Bilic’s side headed into the match against the Cherries on the back of a 2-1 defeat to Chelsea at the London Stadium in the Premier League.

West Ham had ended the month of February with two successive draws in the Premier League.

Former Queens Park Rangers and Manchester City forward Rodney Marsh was following the match, and he suggested on social networking site Twitter that Dimitri Payet made a good decision to leave West Ham in the January transfer window.

The 29-year-old France international attacking midfielder switched to his former club Marseille from the Hammers for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £25 million.

West Ham fans have responded to Marsh’s comment about Payet on Twitter.

West Ham are 11th in the Premier League table at the moment with 33 points from 28 matches.
