Leeds United won in the Championship at the weekend.

Rod Christopher has praised Leeds United on social networking site Twitter for the way they won against Norwich City at the weekend.
The former Leeds coach has replied to Kemar Roofe’s post on Twitter following the win against the Canaries at Elland Road on Saturday afternoon.

Sweden international central defender Pontus Jansson scored the only goal of the Championship match at Elland Road in the 41st minute.
It was not exactly a great game to watch, but Leeds got there in the end and deservedly picked up all three points from the encounter.

Former Leeds coach Christopher has replied to Roofe’s message on Twitter and has praised the team’s performance.
The win against Norwich means that Leeds are now seventh in the Championship table with 36 points from 22 matches.
Thomas Christiansen’s side are just a point behind sixth-placed Sheffield United and are very much in the race for the playoffs this season.
Roofe has been on the books of Leeds since the summer of 2016 when he joined from Oxford United for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £3 million.
