Newcastle United are interested in Nicolai Jorgensen it seems.

Robin van Persie has admitted to Fox Sports that he has spoken with Feyenoord team-mate and reported Newcastle United target Nicolai Jorgensen about joining the Premier League side, but refused to divulge the details of the conversation.
The Shields Gazette reported last week that Newcastle boss Rafael Benitez had seen a £12 million bid for the Danish striker turned down and that the Eredivisie side valued him at around £20 million.
Van Persie re-joined the Dutch side last week after a stint in Turkey and the legendary Netherlands attacker replaced the 27-year-old late on in Sunday’s 3-1 win over ADO Den Haag.

And although the former Arsenal man has discussed his new team-mate’s future with him amid links to the Magpies, the 34-year-old is tight-lipped on whether a move will materialise.
“We talked about it, but I think it’s neat to keep the contents of that conversation for me,” Van Persie told FOX Sports. “So I’ll just leave it there, which is a shame for you [the media] I know, but I’ve been around a while.
“I wish him all the best, I think he’s a fantastic player. How it’s going to go is how it’s going to go, but if it [sharing a club with Jorgensen] keeps going, we’ll enjoy it together every day, that’s fun too.”

Newcastle have been linked with an abundance of strikers but it remains to be seen if Benitez gets a deal over the line for anybody.
The Spanish manager only added Joselu to his ranks last summer by way of firepower and the former Stoke City man hasn’t done the business up front, while Dwight Gayle has also struggled.
And signing Jorgensen would give the St James’s Park club a huge lift in their battle against relegation, with Benitez’s side only one point above the drop zone.
