Robin Koch says that he has been told that Leeds United fans are crazy by his teammates on the Leeds United podcast.
Koch has never played a match with fans in attendance at Elland Road, despite being with Leeds for almost a season now.
Due to the impact of the pandemic, no Leeds supporters have been allowed in to roar their side on.
But Koch is looking forward to the day when he can experience the atmosphere at Elland Road for the first time.
“They say it’s crazy, but you have to see it by yourself. I can’t wait until we are playing in front of all the fans here, in a full stadium,” the central defender said.
“In my first weeks when you walked into the city and so many people come to you and say ‘it’s nice to have you here’, I thought how many fans are here in the city.
“I get that feeling of what a big part they can play in this club and it’ll be even more when you play in the stadium with all the fans.”

Koch may not have to wait too much longer before he can hear the Elland Road crowd in full voice.
The hope is that supporters will be back in stadiums just before the end of this season.
Football hasn’t been the same without supporters, but Leeds’ results haven’t been affected too much by the absence of crowds, at least.
Marcelo Bielsa’s men have performed as well as anyone could have hoped in their first season back in the top flight and currently occupy a spot in the top half of the Premier League table.
